Manual tracking
Checkbook is a manual register, not a bank-feed service. Record transactions yourself and mark them cleared when they appear on your statement.
CSV is not a full backup
Pro includes CSV import/export for transaction data. Do not treat CSV as a complete, lossless backup or a restore of every account, pending status, transfer, and app setting. Review the import instructions before using a file, and keep your original records.
Finance storage and provider privacy are different
Checkbook uses on-device finance storage and supports private iCloud sync. That does not mean advertising, Apple purchases, support email, or this website have identical data practices. Read the privacy policy for details about each.

Use Restore Purchases in Checkbook while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring Pro restores eligible purchase access, not your financial records. If access is still missing, contact support with your app version and a description of the issue.
Purchase or billing question?
Apple handles App Store payments. Check your Apple purchase history or visit Apple’s purchase support for an eligible refund request; approval is determined by Apple.
Need help with the app?
Include your app version, device model, and steps to reproduce the problem. Do not send bank credentials, financial exports, account numbers, or unredacted screenshots.
