McKittrick Social — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of McKittrick Social ("the Service"), a social media management application operated by McKittrick LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

McKittrick Social is a self-hosted dashboard that allows authorized users to connect their own social media accounts (including TikTok, Instagram, and others) in order to schedule, manage, and publish content across those platforms from a single interface.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Connected Accounts

When you connect a third-party social media account, you authorize the Service to access and act on that account solely to perform the functions you request, such as publishing or scheduling content. You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each connected platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violates the policies of any connected platform. You are solely responsible for all content you publish through the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish. We claim no ownership over your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
